AIM:

Seeing what is not there is often a leadership trait that is overlooked. Have you ever walked into a room and the unspoken atmosphere was tangible. You thought, ‘this is a great team, great atmosphere’, Or you have walked into another room and the atmosphere was awful. Something was wrong with the team but you could not quite put your finger on it. 

On this 1 day training workshop delegates will learn to develop the skill of being in tune with the unseen and unheard culture. Delegates will also discover the 7 conscious behaviours that can be put in place to begin to turn a negative atmosphere into a positive culture.

    • Emotional intelligence and social interactions. How experience impacts perceptions
