David Adeniken

Business Lecturer

David is a passionate Business Lecturer specialising in leadership and management. Drawing on his own experience as a former apprentice, he brings empathy, insight and a coaching approach to every session. His commitment to excellence is demonstrated by a 100% distinction rate across all his apprenticeships in 2025. He delivers engaging leadership and management training, supporting learners to develop both theoretical understanding and practical workplace skills. He designs and facilitates interactive sessions that inspire confidence and professional growth.

David holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Business Management. He is a qualified Adult Skills Teacher and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Before moving fully into education, David spent nearly a decade working within HR for a large national organisation, gaining valuable experience across multiple industries and developing a deep understanding of effective organisational leadership. As a former apprentice himself, he brings lived experience and relatability to his role.

David strongly believes that with the right guidance and encouragement, everyone has the potential to become an inspirational leader. He finds the most fulfilment in seeing learners grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and realise their leadership potential.

Outside of work, David is passionate about fitness and is an active member of his community. He enjoys mentoring and supporting young people from diverse backgrounds.
