Passionate about supporting businesses with their training and recruitment needs, Jo specialises in professional services and law as part of our business development team. She also has in-depth experience the public sector, marketing and digital and logistics.

Having been with the Etc. for over 3 years, she’ll be your first point of contact as an employer. You’ll be supported every step of the way, from recruitment, shortlisting and interviews to training needs analysis, onboarding and ongoing support for both learners and you as an employer.
