She believes in creating learning experiences that are designed and delivered by true sector specialists—experiences that close skills gaps, enhance performance, and unlock future opportunities.

Guided by our vision of revolutionising workforce training through high‑quality, sector‑specific learning, she works closely with employers and our specialist teams to ensure our programmes are impactful, innovative, and responsive to industry needs. At the heart of her work is a passion for helping people progress—supporting learners to flourish and organisations to thrive.

In her spare time Judith loves to garden, bake and decorate cakes and spend time with her family.
