Operations Manager & Law Lecturer

Victoria has been part of the organisation for six years, working closely with apprentices, trainees, and employers to strengthen legal skills and knowledge across the country. With over two decades of experience in the legal industry, she brings a wealth of practical insight to both her operational role and her teaching. Victoria was Shortlisted for the Etc. Champion Award, December 2025.

Rising through the profession from legal secretary to practising solicitor, Victoria has 21 years of legal expertise. Qualifying in 2008 with experience across multiple legal areas, she has primarily specialised in residential and commercial property, as well as wills and probate—areas she now teaches extensively.

She also continues to collaborate with a local law firm, providing technical knowledge and training to legal staff. Her background enables her to embed real-world experience into her lectures and seminars, helping learners gain a deeper understanding of legal practice.

As Operations Manager at Innersummit, Victoria oversees day‑to‑day operational performance and ensures that processes across the organisation drive quality and support strong learner achievement. Alongside this leadership role, she maintains a core focus on teaching as a Law Lecturer on the CILEX qualifications. Previous to her current role, she was a full-time Apprenticeship Assessor and Lecturer.

Victoria values the opportunity to shape the next generation of legal professionals. She particularly enjoys helping trainees build confidence through practical understanding and real‑world context.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and practising yoga. She is passionate about personal wellbeing, continuous learning, and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
