There are no formal academic prerequisites for this qualification; however, it is recommended that learners: Are aged 16 or over Have a good standard of written and spoken English Are currently working in, or aspiring to, a supervisory or first-line management role Have the ability to complete written assignments and apply learning in a workplace context – Recommended Experience While not essential, it is beneficial if learners: Have some experience of working within a team environment Are responsible for, or interested in developing skills in: Supporting team members Managing tasks or projects Contributing to organisational goals
