Course information
You will be assessed by a mixture of internal formative assessments and external examinations throughout the duration of your training programme.
After successfully completing the Level 3 qualification, you can progress to the next stage of their leadership journey with the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
This advanced qualification is designed for middle managers and aspiring senior leaders, focusing on:
Developing strategic leadership skills
Managing larger teams and departments
Driving organisational performance and change
Enhancing decision-making and problem-solving at a higher level
There are no formal academic prerequisites for this qualification; however, it is recommended that learners:
Are aged 16 or over
Have a good standard of written and spoken English
Are currently working in, or aspiring to, a supervisory or first-line management role
Have the ability to complete written assignments and apply learning in a workplace context
– Recommended Experience
While not essential, it is beneficial if learners:
Have some experience of working within a team environment
Are responsible for, or interested in developing skills in:
Supporting team members
Managing tasks or projects
