Course information
You will be assessed by a mixture of internal formative assessments and external examinations throughout the duration of your training programme.
After completing this qualification, learners can progress to more senior leadership roles such as:

Senior Leader
You may also choose to continue your professional development with higher-level qualifications such as the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, supporting progression into strategic and executive leadership roles.
There are no formal academic requirements; however, learners should:
Be aged 18 or over
Be working in, or aspiring to, a middle management role
Have experience of managing people, projects, or resources
Possess a good standard of written and spoken English
Be able to complete work-based assignments
