There are no formal academic prerequisites; however, learners should: Be aged 19 or over Be working in, or aspiring to, a senior management or leadership role Have significant experience in managing people, projects, or functions Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) Demonstrate strong written and analytical skills Be able to complete work-based, strategic assignments
