Course information
You will be assessed by a mixture of internal formative assessments and external examinations throughout the duration of your training programme.
Upon completion, learners can progress into senior and executive leadership roles, including:

Regional or National Manager
You may also enhance your professional status through Chartered Manager (CMgr) recognition with the Chartered Management Institute, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to leadership excellence.
There are no formal academic prerequisites; however, learners should:
Be aged 19 or over
Be working in, or aspiring to, a senior management or leadership role
Have significant experience in managing people, projects, or functions
Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrate strong written and analytical skills
Be able to complete work-based, strategic assignments
