CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership

There are no formal academic requirements; however, learners should:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be working in, or aspiring to, a middle management role
- Have experience of managing people, projects, or resources
- Possess a good standard of written and spoken English
- Be able to complete work-based assignments

After completing this qualification, learners can progress to more senior leadership roles such as:
- Operations Manager
- Departmental Manager
- Regional Manager
- Senior Leader
You may also choose to continue your professional development with higher-level qualifications such as the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, supporting progression into strategic and executive leadership roles.
