This programme is designed for experienced managers and professionals who are ready to develop their leadership capability at a strategic level. 

There are no formal academic prerequisites; however, learners should: 

• Be aged 19 or over 
• Be working in, or aspiring to, a senior management or leadership role 
• Have experience of managing people, projects, services or organisational functions 
• Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification or have equivalent professional experience 
• Demonstrate strong written, analytical and critical-thinking skills 
• Be able to apply their learning to real organisational situations and challenges
