CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
Typically 9–12 months
There are no formal academic prerequisites; however, learners should:
- Be aged 19 or over
- Be working in, or aspiring to, a senior management or leadership role
- Have significant experience in managing people, projects, or functions
- Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrate strong written and analytical skills
- Be able to complete work-based, strategic assignments
