  • If you don’t hold the above qualifications, previous experience will be considered when applying.

Course content
  • Understand the organisation, its environment, stakeholders, regulations, and how quality, sustainability, and strategy interact.
  • Identify, translate, and measure customer/stakeholder requirements, manage risks/opportunities, and apply quality tools across the product/service lifecycle.
  • Use data audits, process improvement methods, and structured problem‑solving to improve quality performance and support organisational objectives.
  • Demonstrate professional behaviours: integrity, customer focus, continuous improvement, effective communication, and ongoing personal development.
What's next?

You could work towards higher level quality specific roles, or higher level management such as operations manager or production manager.
